The role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion to create a positive environment for our guests and team. You will coach and develop your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver outstanding results.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring proper cover and team coaching
