About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your role includes coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts, and driving performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Running shifts, planning staffing, and coaching on the go
• Managing labor, rotas, and understanding restaurant financials
