Job summary

Harbour Hotels Group is seeking a Reception Supervisor to support a first-class front desk team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

You should have at least 2 years as a hotel receptionist and be comfortable with OPERA; full training will be provided. A high standard of English is essential.

We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Supervisor to join the team. As Reception Supervisor you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile. You will need to be an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years in a hotel reception role and ideally be trained in the use of OPERA, although full training will be given. You will also need to have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
