Job summary

Novotel is seeking a multiskilled Front of House team member to welcome guests in the lobby, morning and evening shifts, offering a warm and professional presence. You will share city and brand knowledge, help guests feel safe, supported, and well-cared-for, and exemplify Heartist values in every interaction.

You’ll work closely with Housekeeping and maintenance, handle queries, check guests in, greet arrivals, and ensure the front of house remains safe, legal, and clean with a can-do attitude

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors from around the world, building relationships with new and returning guests and creating an atmosphere of genuine conviviality.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information.
• Be present and visible in the lobby, easily identifiable by guests, and anticipate their needs by promptly responding to queries and requests.
• Work closely with a fantastic team, fostering positive relationships with other departments, including Housekeeping and maintenance.
