Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Nottingham is seeking a personable, confident receptionist for a busy corporate reception. You will greet visitors and staff, manage sign-in, passes, and fire procedures, and provide a welcoming, professional first impression.

The role requires at least 1 year of reception experience in a corporate environment, excellent communication, and the ability to handle calls and emails in line with contract SLA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year reception experience in a busy corporate environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting Visitors and Employees in a friendly professional manner in both our main reception area.
• Responsible for ensuring all Visitors and Employees sign in and out and are issued with the correct passes according to the SOP's
• Adhere to all QSHE related procedures and H&S Legislation, reporting any relevant risks, near misses, accidents or incidents
• Operate a switchboard in a warm, confident and happy manner
• Handle incoming calls and emails in line with contract SLA
• Maintain a log of all visitors for the benefit of security and evacuation procedure
