Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join the Front Desk team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and supporting daily operations to ensure a wonderful stay for guests at a world-leading hospitality brand.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, people-oriented, and capable of coaching staff. Experience with Opera is preferred but not essential, and there are opportunities for career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk operations.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach a front-desk team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Assist Front Office Manager to ensure smooth department operations.
• Listen and respond to guests and staff concerns.
• Assist with hiring and coaching of staff.
• Promote professional standards and uniform guidelines.
• Handle mail, records, and office documentation.
• Maintain filing and record-keeping systems.
