The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Desk team and ensure guests receive exceptional service. You will help manage guest requests, supervise daily operations, and uphold Marriott standards in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to reach common goals.
• Assist Front Office Manager in all areas to ensure smooth department operation.
• Listen and respond to concerns of staff and guests.
• Assist with hiring and coaching staff.
• Model professional standards and promote uniform practice.
• Prepare letters, memos, and documents using standard software.
• Enter and retrieve information in databases and update reservations.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and filing systems.
• Maintain filing and organization of records, reports, and documents.
• Communicate clearly with others using professional phone etiquette.
