Job summary

Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for the Courtyard by Marriott – Luton Airport. You will head the reception team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth operations at a busy 24/7 front desk.

Responsibilities include leading by example, training staff, resolving guest concerns, and collaborating with housekeeping, concierge and reservations to deliver a seamless stay. Prior supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel reception preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly demeanour.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a front desk team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Engage with guests and build lasting rapport to enhance loyalty.
• Oversee daily reception operations and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and reservations for seamless stays.
