Job summary

Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Courtyard by Marriott – Luton Airport. You will lead the F&B team across bar, restaurant and meeting spaces, ensuring outstanding guest service and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

You will collaborate with kitchen, reception and reservations, support training, and drive a positive, 24/7 operation with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. Experience in hospitality is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the F&B team across bar, restaurant and meeting spaces.
• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring safety, hygiene and service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, reception and reservations for seamless guest experiences.
