Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front office or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient with reservation systems; hotel PMS knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and room allocations.
• Assist with billing and payments securely.
