Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott – Luton Airport. You will lead the F&B team, drive guest satisfaction and help the hotel meet targets with a focus on service quality and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with kitchen, reception and reservations, manage data with reports on profits and guest satisfaction, ensure food safety compliance and build supplier relationships to maintain great dining experiences.

Formación

• Prior experience as a Restaurant / Bar Manager, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and excel in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop the Food & Beverage team, coaching for exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with kitchen, reception, and reservations to ensure seamless service.
• Analyse data, prepare reports on profit, targets and guest satisfaction trends.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance across F&B operations.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to optimise quality and costs.
