The Lighthouse Hotel Management is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor for the Courtyard by Marriott - Luton Airport. You will lead the F&B team across bar, restaurant and meeting spaces, delivering exceptional service and maintaining high safety and hygiene standards.

You will collaborate with kitchen, reception and reservations, train staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and allergen guidelines in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a leadership role within hospitality would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Positive 'can do' attitude and ability to guide the team.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays in a 24/7 hotel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
