Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality in Belfast is seeking a Front Office team member to deliver a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests, manage reservations, and support hotel operations with a focus on up-selling and guest satisfaction.

You will respond to guest feedback, maintain security and health and safety standards, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a first-class stay.

Excellent communication and basic IT skills, with experience in Opera or Fidelio preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills to manage reservations and front desk flow.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accurate guest information and bookings.
• Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office and email; experience with hotel software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in/check-out and manage reservations to optimise occupancy.
• Upsell hotel services and facilities to enhance revenue and guest experience.
• Keep Front Office Manager informed of guest feedback and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with security, health and safety regulations across the front desk team.
