Cygnet Newton House in Blackpool is seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling calls, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

You will liaise with staff, support daily office duties, ensure security protocols are followed, and contribute to a calm, professional environment in our inpatient and community rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with customers/clients in a front-desk or reception setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a polite, friendly manner.
• Strong numeracy and literacy with attention to confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience.
• Greet visitors and notify staff of arrivals.
• Ensure sign-in/out and track patient movements as required.
• Answer and transfer all incoming calls, taking messages when needed.
• Sort and distribute post and assist with general office duties.
• Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
• Promote safety and security of all site users and ensure staff follow security protocols.
