Job summary

Cumbria Health are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our Barrow-in-Furness team on a permanent basis. You will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the reception area at WestCumberland Hospital.

This position follows a fixed shift pattern on a four-week rolling rota, averaging 6.75 hours per week. The successful candidate will provide front-d desk support, handle data entry, equipment checks and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• IT or system training qualification.
• NVQ Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Initial point of contact for professionals and out-of-hours requests.
• Contact patients with appointment times and manage arrivals at the Treatment Centre.
• Process confidential patient information for clinicians and maintain data accuracy.
