Cygnet Group is seeking a Night Receptionist at Cygnet Hospital Bury Hudson to deliver a professional reception experience and support the care team overnight. The role operates 42 hours weekly on a 7pm–7am rota, including alternate weekends, and involves lone working within a secure mental health setting.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, signing in/out, handling calls, post, and general office duties, while maintaining confidentiality and safety procedures at all times.

Formación

• Experience in receptionist/administration roles liaising with customers/clients.
• GCSE Maths and English with a good level of numeracy and literacy.
• Computer literacy including Windows/Word/Excel/Outlook or equivalent.
• Knowledge of telephone systems; polite, friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience.
• Greet visitors and notify staff of arrival.
• Ensure sign-in/out and record patient movements as required.
• Answer and transfer calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Sort and distribute post and assist with general office duties.
• Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
• Promote safety and security and ensure staff follow protocols.
