Bespoke Hotels in Scotland is seeking a Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will welcome guests, check in/out, handle inquiries, and maximise room revenues in line with company standards while delivering courteous, efficient service.

Relevant experience in a hotel or customer-facing role is essential; knowledge of PMS Guestline/Rezlynx is advantageous and full training will be provided. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise

Responsabilités

• Be familiar with the day’s business, including arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Deal with guests promptly on arrival and departure, per company standards.
• Understand guests’ requirements during check-in or check-out.
• Ensure cash, charge, float, and till procedures follow company policy.
• Provide knowledge of hotel services and facilities to guests.
• Attend daily meetings when required and keep the team updated.
• Upsell and promote services and promotions to maximise revenue.
• Respond to customer enquiries and bookings promptly and courteously.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Operate the telephone system in line with operating and company standards.
