Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Receptionist to join our team, responsible for maximising room revenues while delivering efficient, courteous service to ensure total guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, with at least one year in a similar role. Knowledge of PMS Guestline/Rezlynx is advantageous and training will be provided where needed.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to follow standards with good organisation.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and enjoy it.
• Knowledge of PMS Guestline/Rezlynx is advantageous; full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Be familiar with the day’s business, arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Check guests in/out promptly in line with company standards.
• Upsell to maximise revenue and promote services.
• Ensure accurate cash, till procedures and basic finance controls.
