Qualifications

• Night/front desk experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals and bid farewell to early departures with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Carry out the Night Audit.
• Prepare and distribute relevant reports to internal departments.
• Manage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests.
• Provide food and beverage service during the night shift.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and assist with hotel operations.
