IBIS London City Shoreditch is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and ensure a memorable stay. You will be the face of the hotel in the lobby, manage guest relations, handle information requests and support the bar when needed. Fluency in English, strong customer service, time management and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

• Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system is preferable but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English.

• You will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and be the face of IBIS London City Shoreditch, ensuring their wellbeing and a personal touch.
• Be present in the lobby, building guest loyalty through a warm, personalized relationship and an incredible hello and goodbye.
• Prioritize guest relations and follow administrative procedures.
• Create sparkles and memorable moments for guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs, answer information requests, and connect them with the right people.
• Assist the Food and Beverage team at the bar when required to ensure guest satisfaction.
