Job Description

Your mission:

• To provide a friendly, relaxing & personalised welcome and experience throughout the service
• To help gain customer loyalty through the high standard of service
• To establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
• Opening and closing breakfast service
• Preparation and set up of breakfast buffet
• Preparing and presenting food for buffet service to the required hotel standards

Please note that this is a part time role, 25h per week. As you work breakfast service, you need to be ready for early starts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or breakfast service is desirable but not essential.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen awareness.
• Friendly, positive and confident approach with a strong focus on guest service.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment, particularly during busy breakfast periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
• Willingness to learn and support other F&B operations when required.
