IBIS London City Shoreditch, part of Accor, is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage front-of-house at the hotel's busy lobby. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs with a smile, assist with information requests, and support the bar or F&B teams when needed. Fluent English and eligibility to live/work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• Prior experience with Opera Cloud or similar system is helpful but not required.
• Experience in customer service roles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, personalized first impression.
• Be present in the lobby and assist guests with information and requests.
• Maintain guest relations while following administrative procedures.
• Support bar and Food & Beverage teams when needed to enhance guest experience.
