Staycity Group is seeking a Reception Team Member to enhance the guest journey at our Birmingham location. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and provide friendly, professional service while upholding Staycity standards.

We value excellent communicators, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Training is provided to ensure you deliver consistent hospitality across our properties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
• Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a must have; full training provided.
