Job summary

ROLLER is seeking a SMB Account Executive for the EMEA region with French language skills. The role is based in London with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, targeting small and growing operators in the leisure and attractions industry. You’ll work closely with a BDR to generate outbound pipeline, conduct demos, and position ROLLER’s value in revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven quota attainment in full-cycle closing roles.
• French-speaking or proficiency to support France market is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from inbound/outbound to close.
• Develop territory and account plans to drive pipeline and quotas.
• Conduct structured discovery to understand customer pain points.
• Deliver tailored product demos and ROI-based business cases.
• Collaborate with BDR to maintain strong pipeline and high conversion rates.
• Forecast and manage pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.
