Job summary

ROLLER is seeking a Solution Engineer to drive end-to-end pre-sales across the French market, combining commercial rigor with technical credibility. You will qualify opportunities, run tailored product demos, and develop ROI-focused business cases for Economic Buyers, while collaborating with AEs and Solutions Architects to close complex deals.

Fluency in French (C1) and English, plus up to 30% travel, are required as you support global teams and engage clients across EMEA.

Qualifications

Must be a C1 fluent French speaker.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Travel up to 30% may be required.
3+ years in a Solution/Sales Engineering role within a SaaS company.
Familiarity with MEDDICC or an equivalent qualification methodology.

Responsibilities

Champion MEDDICC qualification across your pipeline and maintain deal health visibility.
Lead technical and value-based discovery with prospects, diagnosing pains and linking to ROI for Roller.
Own the technical pre-sales process: demos, validation, and integration questions during deals.
Present ROI-based business cases to economic buyers, framed around revenue growth and cost reduction.
Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and executive engagement; co-present with them to C-suite stakeholders.
Engage Solutions Architects on complex opportunities, briefing them while staying close to the commercial thread.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs, owning commercial and functional positioning with SA support.
Collaborate with Customer Success on expansion and upsell motions using value-based approach.
