Job summary

ROLLER is seeking a fluent French-speaking Customer Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on France. You will partner with the Customer Experience team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our SaaS platform.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, configure accounts, and deliver best-practice guidance. A proactive, autonomous mindset and 3+ years in onboarding or project management are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of onboarding or project management experience.
• C1 fluent French speaker.
• Experience in leisure/attractions is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Autonomous, process-driven with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding of new customers across EMEA, focusing on France.
• Manage implementation projects to agreed timelines and quality.
• Configure customer accounts and gather requirements.
• Consult with customers on best use of the platform.
• Develop strong relationships to promote retention and loyalty.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Partner with payments team to implement payment solutions for customers.
