Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to partner with a portfolio of French and UK clients, driving platform value through onboarding, guidance, and bespoke solutions.

You will own retention and engagement with regular check-ins, actionable insights, and timely follow-through, explaining data behind results and spotting renewal opportunities. Face-to-face meetings and strategic reviews are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker with strong written and spoken English
• 2+ years experience in a client-facing Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging up to C-level
• A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including paid search
• Strong analytical skills — confident working with data and translating it into actionable insights
• A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering value and driving outcomes
• SaaS background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own retention and engagement through regular check-ins, actionable insights, and timely follow-through
• Drive adoption through onboarding and best-practice guidance
• Conduct Business Reviews with senior stakeholders and co-own success plans
• Deliver strategic insights and feed client voice back into product and leadership
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with 90%+ gross revenue retention
