Job summary

Uptick, the premium software for the fire protection industry, is opening its first dedicated France Implementation role. Based in London, you will onboard French-speaking customers and collaborate with the UK team to ensure a smooth go-live.

You will manage data migrations, configure workspaces, train customer teams, and lead projects to deliver value quickly. Regular travel to France is required, with relocation offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English required, spoken and written.
• Experience in SaaS implementation or onboarding, preferably in a startup or scaleup.
• Strong data skills and confidence in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Solutions consulting mindset, technically precise and detail-oriented.
• Ability to prioritise, track, and report on implementation status.

Responsibilities

• Data migration: assist customers with data collation, extraction, cleansing, and import using Excel/Sheets.
• System configuration: set up customer workspaces to fit workflows and industry requirements.
• Product training: train customer teams to use Uptick post go-live.
• Project management: deliver implementations on time and maintain momentum.
• Data and systems: keep internal project records up to date for reporting.
• Relationship management: build strong relationships with French-speaking customers and internal teams.
