Job summary

SHL in the United Kingdom is seeking a French-speaking Customer Engagement Manager to ensure clients realize the value of SHL solutions through proactive engagement, strategic collaboration and measurable outcomes. You will drive adoption, build executive-level relationships and deliver ROI-focused insights.

You will onboard customers, conduct value reviews, monitor usage data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to renew, upsell and reduce churn, all while maintaining a customer-first

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management within SaaS or HR tech.
• Fluent in French with excellent communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive solution adoption and value realization across assigned customer accounts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align SHL solutions to business outcomes.
• Conduct onboarding, value reviews, and usage assessment in partnership with internal teams.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring timely resolution of product and support issues.
• Monitor usage data to identify trends and proactively mitigate churn risks.
• Partner with Account Directors on renewal readiness and upsell opportunities.
• Deliver structured engagement plans that track customer success metrics.
• Create executive-ready reports and presentations that demonstrate ROI.
