SHL is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Engagement Manager to drive adoption and value realization for client accounts. Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, lead onboarding and value reviews, and act as a customer advocate to resolve issues and mitigate churn.
