Busuu is seeking a Customer Success Manager who speaks French to join our London/Remote team. You will manage enterprise clients, drive renewals and growth, and collaborate with sales and product to deliver value.

The role requires 3+ years in SaaS, fluency in French and English, and a proactive, client-first mindset. Hybrid/remote options and a supportive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Client Relationship, or Account Management in a SaaS/tech company.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused with client-first mindset.
• Able to interpret and present client data to customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills for enterprise SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure clients maximise usage and achieve goals and KPIs.
• Develop and deploy strategies to improve retention and enable growth.
• Onboard new clients and help them implement Busuu.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Drive customer references, case studies and referrals.
• Identify trends in the corporate language market and monitor competition.
