Job summary

SHL is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Engagement Manager in the UK to drive value realization for clients through proactive engagement and strategic collaboration. You will build relationships with stakeholders, onboard customers, review value, and ensure ROI while championing customer needs within the SHL ecosystem.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, retention, and collaboration with internal teams, with hybrid office options in the UK.

Qualifications

Experience in customer success or account management in SaaS or HR tech.
Dutch speaking essential for client communication and relationship management.
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills and excellent communication capabilities.
Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Drive solution adoption and value realization across assigned accounts.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to align SHL solutions with business outcomes.
Onboard, conduct value reviews, and assess usage with internal teams.
Advocate for customers and resolve product and support issues promptly.
Monitor usage data to identify trends and mitigate churn risks.
Partner with Account Directors on renewal readiness and upsell opportunities.
Deliver engagement plans that track customer success metrics.
Create executive-ready reports and ROI presentations.
