Job summary

SHL is seeking a French-speaking Customer Engagement Manager for our UK office. This hybrid role focuses on driving adoption, delivering measurable value, and building strong client relationships across assigned accounts.

You will partner with internal teams to onboard customers, conduct value reviews, and monitor usage while supporting renewals and upsell opportunities. Ideal candidates have customer success or account management experience in SaaS or HR tech, strong communication skills, and

• French-speaking
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive solution adoption and value realization across assigned customer accounts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align SHL solutions to business outcomes.
• Conduct onboarding, value reviews, and usage assessment in partnership with internal teams.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring timely resolution of product and support issues.
• Monitor usage data to identify trends and proactively mitigate churn risks.
• Partner with Account Directors on renewal readiness and upsell opportunities.
• Deliver structured engagement plans that track customer success metrics.
• Create executive-ready reports and presentations that demonstrate ROI.

Essential:

• Customer success or account management experience in SaaS or HR tech industry
• French Speaking
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
