Job summary

SHL is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Engagement Manager in the UK to drive value realization for clients through proactive engagement and strategic collaboration. You will build relationships with stakeholders, onboard customers, review value, and ensure ROI while championing customer needs within the SHL ecosystem.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, retention, and collaboration with internal teams, with hybrid office options in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management in SaaS or HR tech.
• Dutch speaking essential for client communication and relationship management.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills and excellent communication capabilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution adoption and value realization across assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align SHL solutions with business outcomes.
• Onboard, conduct value reviews, and assess usage with internal teams.
• Advocate for customers and resolve product and support issues promptly.
• Monitor usage data to identify trends and mitigate churn risks.

• Deliver engagement plans that track customer success metrics.
• Create executive-ready reports and ROI presentations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive solution adoption and value realization across assigned customer accounts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align SHL solutions to business outcomes.
• Conduct onboarding, value reviews, and usage assessment in partnership with internal teams.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring timely resolution of product and support issues.
• Monitor usage data to identify trends and proactively mitigate churn risks.
• Partner with Account Directors on renewal readiness and upsell opportunities.
• Deliver structured engagement plans that track customer success metrics.
• Create executive-ready reports and presentations that demonstrate ROI.

What we’re looking for:

Essential

• Customer success or account management experience in SaaS or HR tech industry
• Dutch Speaking
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
