Description: We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) Oracle Cloud Programme Director to lead a large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing end-to-end Oracle Cloud programmes across multiple business functions, managing delivery teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical outcomes. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, proven leadership in complex multinational environments, and the ability to drive successful programme delivery from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support.

Minimum Years Experience: 15+ years in programme management, with at least 5 years leading Oracle Cloud implementations
