Responsibilities

French speaking Customer Service Advisor – Location: Coalville – Hybrid work with 3 to 4 days a week in the office – Salary: up to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) – Ref: 4280FC

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via email and phone delivering exceptional service at all times
  • Assist the Sales team with quotes, order tracking, and customer updates
  • Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner using our internal systems
  • Liaise with transport companies and warehouses to arrange and track deliveries, resolve issues, and ensure timely dispatch
  • Organise transport and logistics for both domestic and international shipments
  • Assist the finance team with credit control activities, such as resolving invoice queries or following up on outstanding payments
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
Candidate's Profile
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
  • Customer service or sales support experience required
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and dynamic attitude
  • Organised with multitasking abilities
  • Good IT skills and experience with CRM system
