Fluency in BOTH French and Dutch is essential for this role. Applicants must be confident communicating in both languages, alongside English.

You'll handle customer enquiries, resolve issues and provide helpful, accurate information across all three languages. This role would suit someone with good communication skills who enjoys helping people and can work independently from home.

• Investigating and resolving customer issues.
• Updating customer records and internal systems.
• Following company procedures and service standards.
• Working effectively as part of a remote customer service team.

What we're looking for -

• Fluency in both French and Dutch.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Previous customer service experience, experience within an office/contact centre role is preferable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A professional, patient and customer-focused approach.
• The ability to manage your workload independently.

Homeworking Requirements

This is a fully remote role, and equipment will be provided. You will need:

• Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• The ability to connect your work computer directly to your router using an Ethernet cable.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace.
• To complete an internet speed test as part of the recruitment process.

As part of the recruitment process, you'll be asked to complete a Customer Service Questionnaire and provide evidence of your internet speed.
