JDR Recruitment is seeking a French and Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor for a fully remote UK role. You will handle customer enquiries in French, Dutch and English, providing clear, accurate responses and resolving issues from home.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with an hourly rate of £12.71. This temporary to permanent position requires strong communication and the ability to work independently in a home office.

Formación

• Fluency in both French and Dutch is essential.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience in customer service or office/contact centre is preferable.

Responsabilidades
