Overview

Freelance Legal Consultant - Honey Legal England & Wales. Honey Legal has grown to become one of the UK's leading Estate Planning companies with consultants throughout England and Wales. We are expanding our sales operation and are seeking talented freelance sales professionals to join our Estate Planning team across the country in a unique direct sales environment.

Responsibilities
  • Generate your own pipeline, initially building your own pipeline but may subsequently receive company appointments for your area.
  • Request fulfilment of any requests for literature.
  • Qualify a customer’s requirements and present products that meet those requirements.
  • Prepare orders and follow the due diligence requirements of the business.
  • Collect payment via secure payment methods.
  • Operate with a Windows-compatible laptop for online systems.
Requirements
  • Your own reliable transport to attend client meetings.
  • Experience of estate planning is an advantage but not essential due to extensive training.
  • The ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging situations.
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience, ideally in a field-based role.
  • The ability to generate your own pipeline in addition to company-provided or confirmed leads (not guaranteed).
  • Ability to close qualified appointments while upholding the company ethos of doing the right thing for the client.
  • Flexibility in approach to the working week, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver challenging sales targets.
  • Demonstrable track record in sales and lead conversion.
  • Experience of team building (incentives to develop your own team).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
