A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking a freelance Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager for a new build residential project in West London. The successful candidate will manage the internal finishes of a scheme comprising 115 apartments with a project value of £60m. Ideal applicants will have a strong background in residential projects and the required qualifications. Immediate start is preferable.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager.
• Track record working on new build residential projects for a reputable house builder.
• Available to start at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the internal finishes within one of the blocks.
• Managing a new build residential scheme comprising 115 apartments.

Skills

Experience as an Assistant Site Manager

Attention to detail / eye for a quality finish

Trade background (preferably carpentry)
