Job summary

TSYS Managed Services EMEA Limited is hiring for a number of Fraud Analyst roles based in the United Kingdom. The position is part-time, Monday to Friday, 6pm–10pm (20 hours per week), with on-site training and a strong emphasis on customer service and data analysis.

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, good IT literacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while identifying fraud indicators and supporting senior team members.

Qualifications

• Good IT literacy and data handling

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers and merchants
• Prepare and assist with reports and data gathering
• Block and transfer compromised accounts to prevent fraud
• Organise replacement cards and process related requests
• Log and process complaints and escalate trends or risks
• Provide guidance to internal teams to streamline customer journeys
