Job summary

Santander is recruiting a Fraud Consultant for a late-shift, part-time position based in Swansea. You will handle customer calls in a 100% office-based role and join a dedicated Fraud Operations hub. Training runs 4pm-8pm for the first 12 weeks, with shifts 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, starting between 3pm and 5pm.

• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs while handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from customers and collect required information to understand the issue.
• Investigate and determine appropriate next steps to protect customers and Santander from fraud.
• Document interactions clearly and thoroughly to inform action taken.
• Work with the Fraud Operations team to ensure accurate and timely resolution of fraud concerns.
