Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Fraud Support Analyst to join during the transition phase of a major TfL programme. The role focuses on operational readiness, then ongoing support for back-office applications and fraud management services within a hybrid UK-based team.

You will work with stakeholders and SMEs to capture procedures, validate processes and help reduce fraud across the client's network. Baseline security checks and right-to-work are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud analysis, prevention, or risk analysis.
• Strong ability to interpret large datasets and communicate evidence.
• Experience with reporting dashboards and data tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel).
• Understanding of back-office processes, payments lifecycle and fraud workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system activity, transactions and reports to detect fraud signals.
• Analyse potential fraud events and document evidence.
• Support investigations by collating transaction records and logs.
• Produce regular fraud reports and trend analyses with recommendations.
