Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Fraud Support Analyst to join during a transition phase on a major TfL ticketing programme. The role will evolve into ongoing fraud support for back-office applications and fraud management services, combining operational, analytical and reporting responsibilities.

The candidate should have strong data analysis capabilities, experience in payments/fraud environments and be able to work in a UK-based hybrid setup, including on-site days in Redhill.

Qualifications

• Experience in fraud analysis, fraud prevention, revenue protection, risk analysis, payments operations or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret large datasets, identify anomalies and draw evidence-based conclusions.
• Experience using reporting/dashboard tools; SQL/Power BI/Excel knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to investigate issues systematically; maintain clear auditable records across sources.
• Understanding of transactional systems, back-office processes and payment/ticketing lifecycles.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise cases and work accurately to deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborative and service-oriented; cross-functional teamwork across IT, cybersecurity and operations.
• High integrity, confidentiality and judgement; attention to detail.
• Supervisory/management experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor system activity and data to identify suspicious behaviour, fraud patterns and risks.
• Perform initial and detailed analysis of potential fraud events with evidence-based rationale.
• Support investigations by gathering transaction records, logs and case information.
• Produce daily/weekly/ad-hoc fraud reports, dashboards and trend analyses.
• Maintain case records and update the Fraud Risk Register and action logs.
• Assess effectiveness of existing detection rules, reports and controls; flag gaps.
• Escalate suspected/confirmed fraud per procedures and timelines.
• Assist in preparing materials for internal fraud analysis meetings and governance.
• Coordinate with Back Office, IT, cybersecurity and other teams to resolve fraud issues.
• Review and refine fraud detection rules, dashboards and alerts.
