FIS, Inc. in Milton Keynes is seeking experienced Fraud Analysts to join our contact centre. You will investigate customer accounts for signs of fraud, harvest information, and work with internal teams to reach the right outcome. Training is provided on-site to get you up to speed.

You will handle inquiries, provide excellent customer service, document reports, and contribute to threat detection. The role requires accuracy, resilience, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer service experience (face to face or telephone)
• Good IT literacy

Responsibilities

• Completing both inbound and outbound calls
• Providing excellent customer services at all times, building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and merchants
• Generating and assisting with completion of reports
• Blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and further fraudulent activities
• Organising replacement credit cards for customers
• Logging and processing complaints
• Noticing and reporting trends and common pitfalls
• Providing expert advice and support to other internal teams, providing a streamlined experience for customers
