Qualifications

• Proven experience managing highways and/or structures frameworks or multiple civil engineering projects concurrently.
• Strong technical understanding of highways, bridges and structural maintenance works.
• Experience working under NEC forms of contract, including early warning and compensation event processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage supply chains in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
