They are seeking a dedicated and experienced NDT Inspector to join their dynamic team and contribute to the production of parts that are vital to the safety and performance of aircraft.

Responsibilities
  • Procedure Adherence: Diligently review routers, procedures, specifications, and all other relevant instructions to ensure completeness and strict adherence during operations.
  • Process Execution: Accurately process parts in strict accordance with established procedures and technical instructions, upholding the highest levels of precision.
  • Equipment Management: Expertly set up, calibrate, and perform comprehensive process control checks on FPI equipment, meticulously following instructions and accurately recording all results.
  • Documentation & Approval: Take responsibility for generating new NDT data cards and amending existing ones, preparing them for final approval by the Level III inspector.
  • Interpretation & Reporting: Skillfully interpret, evaluate, and report all evaluation results as required, providing clear and concise documentation of findings.
  • Data Management: Accurately fill out all required logs and statistical data sheets, contributing to robust data tracking and analysis.
  • Continuous Learning: Proactively maintain and enhance required job skills and knowledge of all relevant requirements, including procedures, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Audit Readiness: Ensure your work area, equipment, and all associated documents and records are maintained to an exemplary standard, ready for audit at all times.
  • Mentorship & Training: Provide valuable on-the-job training and guidance to trainees and fellow Level II inspectors, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, you will possess a proven track record as a Level 2 NDT Inspector with specific qualifications and extensive experience in Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI). We are seeking individuals who are not only technically proficient but also deeply committed to quality and safety within a demanding manufacturing environment.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • NAS410/EN4179 Level II FPI: You must currently hold or have previously held certification to NAS410/EN4179 Level II in Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection.
  • PCN Level II FPI: You must currently hold or have previously held PCN Level II certification in Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection.

Operational Hours

Mornings: 06:00 to 13:45 - Monday to Thursday; 06:00 to 12:00 - Friday

Afternoons: 13:30 to 21:15 - Monday to Thursday; 11:45 to 17:45 - Friday
