Job description

Warehouse Agent (Forklift Qualified) Heathrow & Gatwick Cargo Terminals Temp to PermPay Rates:

• £13.00/hour (first 12 weeks, days & nights)
• £14.00/hour (after 12 weeks, days & nights)
• £17.00/hour overtime (after 12 weeks)

Shift Patterns:

• Main: 4 on / 2 off (8.5 hours per day), rotating earlies & lates
• Alternative: Wed-Sun or Thu-Mon (until end of Sept), then 4 on / 2 off
• Gatwick Specific:
  • 12 x FLT Warehouse (4 on 4 off, Days/Nights)
  • 6 x FLT Warehouse (8hr shifts, 6 on 3 off, 5 earlies / 1 late)
  • 1 x FLT Warehouse Agent (Mon-Fri, stock takes, freight checks, cleaning, bond work)

Requirements ? Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence? Previous forklift/warehouse experience - candidates will be assessed by client FLT trainer? Cargo Operative Course (can be arranged if not already held)? Ability to pass a 5-year background check (HMRC online record accepted)? Flexibility to work days & nights? Airside pass required for Gatwick rolesDuties & Responsibilities

• Loading & unloading vehicles with cargo using FLT & manual handling
• Transporting and processing cargo in line with client procedures
• Building & breaking pallets, palletising cargo
• Handling special cargo securely
• Using handheld scanners to identify and track freight
• Stock checks, bond investigations, paperwork processing
• Ensuring safety compliance and reporting vehicle/equipment issues
