A state health department in Launceston seeks a passionate Food Services Assistant to ensure high-quality food service and maintain cleanliness in a busy environment. This full-time role involves coffee making, supporting food preparation, and participating in safety processes. Ideal candidates should enjoy working in teams, bring enthusiasm, and be reliable. A salary range of $57,130 - $62,486 per annum is offered, along with attractive benefits including professional development and fitness access.
We’re looking for a hospitality superstar who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and genuinely enjoys making someone’s day—one cup at a time. You don’t need to be a world‑champion barista, but you do need to love coffee, care about quality, and bring positive energy to every shift.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
$57,130 - $62,486 pro rata per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
