Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your main focus will be front of house, dealing directly with people. You will welcome and look after everyone who comes to the café, ensuring they have an enjoyable time. Teamwork and adaptability are crucial in this lively, always‑moving environment.

You will be keen to understand what people want, to help them, and to make recommendations. You will maintain high standards of food and drink preparation and presentation, using your excellent eye for detail to keep displays and signs accurate and attractive. At times, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation.

We provide an induction suited to the role, training in allergens and food safety, and mentoring to help you succeed. You can also sign up for further professional training and development.
